Your photos are your story—we just help capture it. With your permission (and after talking through what you’re comfortable with), we’d love to showcase some of your moments on our website or socials. If you’d rather keep everything private, that’s completely okay too.

We only ask that if you share our work, you give proper credit. Beyond that, the choice of whether your photos are seen by the world or kept just for you is entirely yours.

Payments, Booking, and Refund policy

To secure your session, an initial deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it guarantees your spot and covers scheduling and preparation. The remaining balance is due once the project is complete. Refunds for the remaining balance are only provided in specific situations, such as:

• Mistreatment or unsatisfactory service

• Additional services that were not used

• Scheduling issues or unforeseen problems on our end

This ensures fairness while protecting your booking and our ability to deliver high-quality work. It keeps scheduling organized and allows us to focus fully on each client’s project.

If a session runs longer than planned, a small overtime fee will be added (rounded fairly by the minute).

Currently, Cinevision Studios only offers services within the United States — but who knows what the future might hold.

Bookings are done directly — reach out via LinkedIn, social media, email, text, or a quick call.

Client payments may be made through Stripe (subject to applicable transaction and tax fees), Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, or credit/debit card. By submitting payment, the Client agrees to be responsible for any associated fees and acknowledges that payment — including the deposit — constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Service.

Turnaround Time

We take time to craft every detail with care.

• Photos & videos: 2–3 weeks (business days)

• Event coverage: Around 5+ weeks (business days)

We’d rather give you something timeless than something rushed—and we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

overtime Policy

If a session runs longer than planned, we charge a small overtime fee to keep things fair. Extra time is billed at $25 per hour, or a flat $15 fee if we only go slightly over. We’ll always check in before extending your session to make sure you’re comfortable with any extra time or cost.
